Booking Policy
All Chemical bookings will require a credit card to be held on file to SECURE your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel, are a no show, or make changes outside of our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
Clients whom do not cancel prior to 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service scheduled and no shows will be charge 100% of the service scheduled.

Late Policy
We value your time in our chair and would love for you to value ours.
Please be sure to arrive to your appointment on time. Arriving late may result in having to reschedule. Please call us if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late so we can advise on whether or not to attend your appointment. Please note appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled due to tardiness will incur a 50% appointment fee.
Refund Policy
Our goal is for each client to love their hair results and the products we recommend! If you are unhappy with your service or products purchased we will gladly work with you! Please reference the following guidelines
1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service if notified within a 5 days. We recommend you see the stylist whom your were previously with at no charge, however if you wish to go to another stylist for any hair correction you will be charged for that stylists time. (product used will be waived)​

2. Products can be returned for an exchange or a credit if you are unsatisfied. Products must have less than 10% use.

Right To Refuse
Our Salon Staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of their service or the salon environment.

As we do welcome children to or salon, they must be under supervision at all times for he safety and comfort of our salon space.
